As a woman in the field of psychiatry, I've charted my own path, working in environments ranging from the distinguished Harley Street to the public-focused NHS. Holding two Masters degrees from Cambridge University, I am a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist with an unwavering commitment to my field. My unique experiences as a woman living with ADHD, and as a mother raising a Teenage son with ADHD, provide me with invaluable insights. These insights drove the creation of the ADHD Knowledge Hub, a platform where I share comprehensive information and practical strategies for managing ADHD.
